WHITEHALL - A?13-year-old in Washington county is in some hot water after police say he was caught not only driving a car, but speeding, too.
Police tell us they pulled the teen over on Route 4 in Whitehall just before two Friday morning.
21-year-old Michael Mullady of West Rutland, Vermont, was the passenger.
He was charged with reckless endangerment for allowing the teen to drive.
The 13-year-old was not charged.???
